- Customer Support/Service Experience
- Provide support assistance to customers’ queries submitted via phone and email, utilising remote access technologies.
- Onsite Visits to customers’ sites for ad hoc, regular maintenance or project based functions.
- Escalation of more technical issues to Senior Technical Team to assist with resolutions
- Utilising the Jira Service Desk ticketing system
- Diagnosing and resolving desktop, server and network problems
- Liaising with third party service providers for problem diagnosis and rectification
