We are committed to creating a safe work environment, so we all go home safe and healthy every day

As a minimum we are committed to abiding by safety laws and regulations for our industry and beyond this we prioritise health safety and wellbeing of our people because they are the lifeblood of our company – and it’s the right thing to do.

A big part of this is providing training, support and information about safe work practices.

Health, safety and wellbeing is everyone’s responsibility. Working together as a team, we make this an essential part of how we operate.

Our approach is to partner with clients and experts to deliver joint health and safety improvement initiatives, and through local safety committees are fostering grass roots continuous improvement with a focus on early intervention and prevention.

To inform and educate our team about important safety and wellbeing issues we have a range of communications channels and focus areas including:

  • Interactive, engaging, brief 1- 2 minute videos
  • Toolbox Talks, posters and questionnaires
  • YouTube channel available to employees and clients
  • Messages brought to the team by Safety Sam and Healthy Hannah
  • Safety posters on key topics relevant to sites
  • A continuing focus on mental health topics, aligned with well known and regarded campaigns such as RUOK day.
