Urbanise is a cloud-based solution that fully integrates cleaning, security, customer service, maintenance, and workforce management across multiple assets and facilities.
It helps to ensure all information and communications between Millennium integrated services managers and onsite personnel are unified through a single, mobile-friendly platform that can also interface with client systems via API. The system facilitates real-time information sharing, enabling rapid notification and response to incidents, supporting timely resolution.
In addition, administrative functions such as purchase orders, budgeting, and expense tracking are easily managed and monitored through the Millennium/Urbanise platform, streamlining operational oversight and improving efficiency.

Millennium uses the Humanforce payroll platform with biometric face recognition for secure sign-on and sign-off. This ensures accurate site attendance, verifiable timesheets, and full visibility of workforce compliance data.

People Hub
Millennium’s People Hub (ELMO) is a centralised online platform that securely manages all employee data in one place. As our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), it brings together payroll, recruitment, learning and development, data tracking, and other essential HR functions.
By consolidating these processes, People Hub improves accuracy, enhances compliance, and ensures employees and managers have easy access to the information and tools they need.
