Tony Doherty
Tony is a senior executive and board director with over 35 years experience, predominantly in retail property, with a strong record of industry contribution.
Formerly Head of Retail Management at JLL, Tony guided the business to a long-standing position of market leadership, building strong client relationships and motivating a high-performing national team. As chair of the Advisory Board, Tony brings clear thinking, commercial acumen, and a client-focused perspective, supporting all stakeholders to deliver outcomes that matter. He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a former long-standing Board member of the Shopping Centre Council of Australia (SCCA).
Over the years, he has contributed to PCA Education Programs and currently serves on two-not-for-profit boards: The John Maclean Foundation and Dare to Hope.

Alicia Maynard
Alicia is a senior executive with expansive industry experience in diversified real estate portfolios, property operations, responsible investment, strategy, and transformation; consultative, intuitive, passionate and personable; an outcomes-based facilitator, influencer and collaborator.
Alicia’s passion for purpose and drive to scale impact has seen her serve on many property-industry advisory and advocacy committees.
She holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (First Class Honours), Diploma of Engineering Practice (UTS) Master of the Built Environment (Sustainable Development) (UNSW) Diploma, Property Investment and Finance (High Distinction) (Property Council Academy) Graduate, Australian Institute of Company Directors. She has been on the Advisory Board for University of Technology Sydney since 2022, was a Group Executive for ISPT from 2015 – 2023, a General Manager for Lendlease from 2012 – 2015, and a Group Sustainability Manager for Mirvac from 2010 – 2012.

Stephen Lidbury
Stephen has over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of the security and integrated services industry and brings a wealth of operational knowledge to Millennium. Stephen has held senior facilities management positions with Action Line Security, in addition to Millennium.
Stephen Lidbury established Millennium Hi-Tech Securities Pty Ltd in 2003 as a provider of security services across NSW. To better reflect the services offered by the company, the name changed to Millennium Hi Tech Group Pty Ltd and was listed on the stock exchange on November 2018.
Stephen was a joint founder of Millennium Hi-Tech Group Pty Ltd, a highly successful and profitable cleaning, security and facilities management company, prior to it becoming part of Millennium Services Group Limited, at the Initial Public offering in November 2015.
