Sanitzation Clean – Secondary sanitization clean of frequently touched surfaces

When to Use

If you suspect a customer/visitor or worker has flu like symptoms but there has been NO COVID19 confirmation/notification

What is Involved

Deep cleaning and sanitisation of all hard and frequently touched surfaces as per the GREEN level sanitization clean PLUS a secondary sanitisation process across all frequently touched surfaces.

Red Sanitisation Clean

Full Sanitization Clean – Whole of area sanitization through chemical fogging

When to Use

If you have been notified that a customer/visitor or worker has a CONFIRMED case of COVID19

What is Involved

Dispersing a sanitising mist (fogging) reduces the number of airborne micro-organisms and applies disinfectant to surfaces that may be difficult to reach.  This helps to sanitise all exposed surfaces with products that act as a protective barrier. The fogging is combined with the GREEN and AMBER level activities for maximum effectiveness.

Millennium has proven strong supply chain relationships with a number of vendors ensuring reliable supply of sanitisation products, personal protective equipment and consumables.

All sanitising agents are hospital grade, killing 99.9% of bacteria. Options include:

  • Eco hospital grade sanitiser combines eco-friendly, naturally derived, mild surfactant with an effective biocide
  • Long lasting antimicrobial solution provides a barrier lasting up to 30 days on surfaces and 24 hours on skin

Additional measures we have introduced to keep our team safe during this crisis include:

  • introduction of long lasting hand sanitiser for use at the beginning and end of each shift
  • sanitisation of all shared equipment before and after each use
  • cross contamination work instructions have been updated to include additional precautions
  • first aid protocols have been updated in consultation with clients
  • Government health messages have been reinforced through regular internal communications

We also recognise that some of our team may be experiencing additional pressure during this difficult and challenging time.  Our management team have been proactive in keeping in regular touch with all employees whether they are working normally, working from home or had their hours reduced.  They have been there every step of the way guiding and providing support to our team.
